Scholars of the Month & Wizard of the Month
The Fairfield Middle School Scholars of the Month are our Griffin Scholars that exhibit Griffin PRIDE daily. PRIDE stands for Personaly Responsibility, Respect, Individual Readiness, Demonstrated Learning, and Effective Behaviors. Additionally, students must meet the following criteria:
- bring their AVID binder to school daily
- have their AVID binder organized
- receive no disciplinary referrals
- display good citizenship
- self-advocate

The Wizard of the Month is our teacher identified by school administration for incorporating WICOR (Writing, Inquiry, Collaboration, Organization, and Reading) into their lessons. The identified teacher is a team player, and goes above and beyond for the students of Fairfield Middle.
