Mr. Brandon Dixon, Principal

Welcome to Fairfield Middle

Dear Parents, Guardians, and Stakeholders:

I would like to welcome you to the second semester of the 2022-2023 academic year. My name is Brandon Dixon, and I am honored to have the opportunity to serve as the new principal of this great school. I am no stranger to Fairfield Middle School. I have previously served as Assistant Principal from 2019-2021. I have been a part of the Fairfield County School District family since 2017, serving as an Instructional Facilitator at McCrorey-Liston School of Technology and most recently as the Director of Gordon Odyssey Academy.

I am excited to partner with you and your child as we continue to #AchieveExcellenceTogether. Please know that my transition as your principal will be seamless. There will not be any disruptions to your child’s schedule and we will continue to follow the procedures and protocols as they have been established to ensure continuity with each child’s middle school experience.

It is my goal to work with the faculty and staff along with parents and community stakeholders to ensure our school continues to provide the best possible learning experiences for all students. In the coming days, you will receive your child’s 2nd quarter report card as well as information regarding a meet the principal event.
Please know that I stand ready to work with you and your child as we move forward with this new semester. I have no doubt that our scholars will continue to SOAR with Griffin PRIDE. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to me at (803) 635-4270.

Educationally yours,
Brandon L. Dixon, Principal
